The menu bar in 4.0b6 looks terrible when always-on, and when using Aero/Glass and the window is maximised. It looks really out of place. Looks fine under Aero Basic.
Suggest a better way to do it might be similar to how IE does (menu bar across the full width, without a Glass background.

1. [Alt] -> View|Toolbars|Menubar (checked)
2. Maximise window

This is already known to the development team and there are even proposed solutions. See bug 593457 for example. This bug doesn't add anything so I'm going to resolve it a duplicate of that proposed solution.
