Here and there Michael told us that goal of OS/2 port is to provide OS/2 users
an equivalent of Win32 port. His team do great job and some times outperforms
Win32 (I mean Fast RAM semaphores), but without DnD OS/2 port is ages away from
Win32!!! We can't sort columns in Mail/News window, can't drop URLs to Personal
Toolbar, can't drag them to desktop and so on... Some times I think that OS/2
port is half useless compared to Win32 and Linux ports!!! If 7 votes is not
enough to up this bug priority tell us how much needed!

This is the single biggest reason why I don't use the IBM Browser/Mozilla.  
Without DnD, it's totally, totally useless.

adding fixed1.0.0 keyword (branch resolution). This bug has comments saying it
was fixed on the 1.0 branch and a bonsai checkin comment that agrees. To verify
the bug has been fixed on the 1.0 branch please replace the fixed1.0.0 keyword
with verified1.0.0.
