it depends how long you tap on the image: 
if it is "very short" the news page opening normally without CSM opened; 
if it is "longer" only CSM is displaying without opening news page;
only when the time is in between above two, CSM is opening with the news page
and tapping outside of CSM can not close it, the only way is choose one of
these options.

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open browser and go to www.yahoo.com
2. You see the headlines of today. Tap on the image "not so long" time
just try this several time and you will end up CSM pop up while also new page opened.
when it happen clicking outside context menu does not help to close it.

only one expected to happen

Expected Results:  
sometimes both of them are happening

mobile-browser 1889:aeb8aa5a377f linux build.

Confirmed steps on both desktop build and maemo n900 nightly.  20100913.  Flagging for 2.0 triage, but can be lower priority since its a infrequent issue.
