User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.6; rv:2.0b5) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/4.0b5 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.6; rv:2.0b5) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/4.0b5 The most recent betas of firefox, beta4 and beta5, have a problem with the way keyboard shortcuts are assigned. CMD-S is set to "Saír do Firefox" (Quit Firefox). Instead, it opens the "save as" dialogue box. However, the shortcut to quit the application should be CMD-Q, in order to maintain consistency with all other OSX apps. CMD-S has always been assigned to "Save page as". CMD-Q is currently set to open a new tab. It should go back to CMD-T, please. Again, CMD-Q should be assigned to Quit Firefox. CMD-T is doing something else, but it does not open a new tab. I have seen this with the pt-PT localization. It does _not_ happen with the en-US locale. If someone can have a look at this it would be greatly appreciated. There is really no reason why firefox should differ from all other applications when it comes to opening tabs and quitting. thanks, Luís Reproducible: Always

Problem still present in beta6. Is there any way to set up the shortcuts manually in firefox? I tried osx keyboard shortcut menu but I doesn't seem to be working.
This has been fixed just now. Sorry for the delay, you should see it in the next beta (either beta 10 or a RC). If you can try a nightly from ftp://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/firefox/nightly/ tomorrow, that would be great.
