I tried to add a "mobile" category under additional categories on support-stage. Creating the category seems to work just fine and it shows up in the list under additional categories. But when you create an article or try to categorize an existing article, the mobile category appears as part of the top level categories. So the article can't be in staging and mobile for example.

This mobile category is needed for the rest of the mobile merge goal when we copy over mobile articles and translations.

Paul figured it out! There is an obscure tiki preference that takes care of it.
