-is not always reproducible, but for me it worked each time in a clean profile. 
- after the white page appeared - see attached photo 1, either i have zoomed in or reload teh page and get the second attached photo

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1.enter a search word in the url bar (my example Cezar)
2.choose the wikipedia search engine 
Actual Results:  
the result page is white, favicon appears at the left of the url bar and the word Cezar in the url bar - see attached photo 1

Expected Results:  
the page should display the wikipedia result page - see attached photo 2

if zooming fixes the problem, this sounds a lot like a rendering problem that
will be fixed with layers.
