I think this might be a dupe of bug 594025. Intel drivers older than 15.7.9.2182 are supposed to be blacklisted. The Intel numbering scheme is rather weird though (bug 594025 comment 4). I thought there was a bug asking to warn the user that the graphics card was an unsupported version, but I can't find it back right now.

It might be useful if about:support noted that the disabling was due to driver blacklisting.
