Description

Currently the cmdline testsuite will produces failures if AVMRD is not set (avmshell with a debugger). It would be much better to be able to show and record that the tests were skipped if AVMRD is not passed into the script.

the run-cmdline-generic script will set AVMRD if the passed in shell is compiled with AVMFEATURE_DEBUGGER
