59452 - scrollbar remains at original position even after maximization

I'm not sure it's Mail Composer's bug itself, but I often see
this problem on Windows 98 on both trunk and MN6 build.

1) start Mail
2) Select a message that has many lines
3) Select Reply
   The initial Composer window has a scrollbar
   because the message has many lines
4) Click Maximize button

At that time, the scrollbar often remains at the
original position. The new scrollbar is created
at the correct position. So I can see two scrollbars
in Composer window.

Reporter, can you please confirm the bug exists in RC3 or more recent build. It
works for me with RC3 on Win98 and the bug report should be probably closed.
