The desktop add-ons manager Get Add-ons section has had a visual (and functional!) refresh.  We can start to move in the same direction through a couple of pieces (some in other bugs, like "What's an Add-on") -- this one being to style the "Browse all add-ons" row.

The "Browse All Add-ons" button on the about:addons page has the currento AMO bg behind it, but that is getting a refresh. 

The new background for mozilla.com, AMO, etc will be vertical lines on a blue/white bg. I've added the code into this style page:

That image will no longer be used in a few months. Mozilla.com, AMO, etc are getting a redesign. The code above will be the new look.
