Once a user is logged in via SSO and Dekiwiki we should merge these two accounts so that a user can log in via either...

Is this even possible w/o substantial effort on Dekiwiki codebase?

Requirements;
* Username should stay the same

Notes:
* External auth with account creation will create Username<Number>
* GUID as username won't work as it will be shown to the user
