"send" icon missing from toolbar

I use TB3.1 with Win7. The "send" icon while in Write format has disappeared from the toolbar. How can I get it back? I've read the Help secton but it's not discussed. When I need to send mail now, I have to click on "File" and then on "Send Now". It's very inconvenient. The problem showed up today - never had it prior to today.

Right click on the toolbar -> customize.
also control+ enter sends the email
