Huseyin, please give the same info that was asked of the reporter in comments 1 and 2. What website, are your video drivers up to date, what plugins is being used to play the video (flash, quicktime, etc) and is it up to date, etc.
Yes my drivers are up to date, i was install (258.96_notebook_winvista_win7_64bit_international_whql.exe) i cant reproduce this issue, because no exec web page. It occurs randomly i think. Maybe Flash plug-in cause it my flash version 10,0,32,18.
That is a very old version of flash player. update to 10.1 r82 or later and try again. So this doesn't happen on a specific webpage?
I was update to 10,1,82,76 and it crashed when i lunch firefox after update. I was add attachment screen shot of it.
Are you getting a crash or a hang? They are different (crash, firefox closes unexpectedly) (hang, firefox stops responding) your issue also does not sound like the reporters problem. He was getting a crash when watching a video, you seem to be getting a hang upon startup. You can test by creating a new profile. If you still get the problem, open a new bug.
It is a hang :) but it is not occurs when firefox start, it is occurs randomly.
alright, then you are seeing a different bg. Please create a new testing profile, http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/managing+profiles, and see if it happens there. If it does, please open a new bug and cc me to it.
cant reproduce on Firefox 11, 12b4,13 and 14 for support please ask question in https://support.mozilla.org/questions/new
