Description

Images are often drawn outside of its bounding box on current Mozilla for BeOS.
Viewer Demo #3 and #4 shows that some background images on some cells in a table
are drawn outside of its parent table.
In 'Modern' theme, button images are often leaks out of its bounding box, vertically and horizontally.

I'll attach a patch to fix them.

The patch looks fine to me (with my somewhat limited knowledge of BeOS). r=cls
The changes are BeOS specific so the normal reviewer process doesn't apply.
