User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9.2.9) Gecko/20100824 Firefox/3.6.9 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9.2.9) Gecko/20100824 Firefox/3.6.9 Prior to latest update to Mozilla Firefox, I had no trouble accessing my online banking site. Now I am blocked with the message: "Your browser has JavaScript disabled: Error #EB31". I checked my tools, content and JavaScript was enabled. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Multiple effort to enter site 2.Tried multiple windows 3.Tried multiple reboots of Firefox Actual Results: Unsuccessful results. The only significant difference between the previous successful operation and the current problem is that a new version has been uploaded.
The error message is from the site, this is not a browser message but you didn't provide the URL. There is nothing that we could do. I assume that you have already tried http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Safe+Mode before posting this bug ?
Reporter -> Are you still experiencing this issue? Have you tried safe mode or a new profile? What is the URL?
