Hatena RSS was shut down on June 30, 2010.

We should remove it from the feed reader options.

Please don't commit such changes without a patch and a review from one of the l10n-drivers.

Filing a bug was a good thing, but unfortunately, we weren't CC'ed on it. Alternatively, add a 'productization' keyword to such bugs (i.e. changing protocol handlers or search engines) and we will be sure to have a look.
