Selecting a bookmark in the bookmarks menupopup does not have a keyboard shortcut to open bookmark in new tab and new window.
The right-click menu gives this option,
but ctrl+enter, ctrl+shift+enter and shift+enter always opens the bookmark in the current tab.

Firefox 3.5.x and 3.6.x also does not work.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start Minefiels with new profile
2. alt+b to open bookmarks menu
3. Select any bookmark (using the arrow keys)
4. Type ctrl+enter , ctrl+shft+enter or shift+enter

Actual Results:
Bookmark opens in current tab of current window.

Expected Results:
make ctrl-enter, ctrl+shft+enter and shift+enter on bookmarks in bookmarks menupopup open in new tabs, background tabs, new window respectively
