Details

Essentially, fix bug 465086 for the underflow event.

It's more troublesome to fix than the other cases, since it seems that it will require a change in logic to the underflow calculations themselves, for which dependencies include the existence and width of the scroll buttons.
Setting as RESOLVED INVALID, since the current patch for bug 465086 no longer has this issue (but rather has different issues).
