After updating Minefield i cant add toolbar items like the ad-block plus button to the toolbar.because they are missing in the customize toolbar window

This bug's being caused by the Ubuntu Firefox extension (which is incompatible). I'd close it as invalid but I'm not sure why one broken extension is able to affect another.
