We will need a way to unload the Panorama iframe.  It will be useful for writing tests.

Not just unloading the iframe, we also need to reset all the references.

See note in bug 595808: I don't think it's necessary for writing tests. It's not immediately clear to me that there would be any other use case for having such methods in general, though I guess it doesn't hurt to have it.

If we don't need it, it's extra maintenance and potentially another state to keep track of ("was loaded but now unloaded"). Let's see if the proposal in bug 595808 is sufficient.
