The above URL looks really bad in mozilla (Netscape branch build) compared to
IE, I'm guessing it's a parser problem but it could also be a table layout
problem, although I doubt it...

The problem is...'layers'. If you go to this site using IE, save the page it 
shows, and then load that page in Mozilla, we look great. Over to ekrock for 
evengelism.

it fixed?

If the original layer problem is fixed, mark this fixed. If the author is using
inefficient coding practices and you have time, file an evangelism bug on the
performance issue. If the site is using good techniques but Mozilla is slow
executing the code, then file a performance bug on Mozilla's DHTML.
