Stuart would like the feedback pane turned on for testing before we get to a release phase for beta 1. Turn it on for testing on the nightlies, please!

Won't this turn the extension *off* for beta channel users?  Do we want to do that?

I was planning on turning it back on to "beta" for beta 1. This is just to get Feedback in the nightlies temporarily

I could just comment out the lines instead of changing "beta" to default". Would that be more clear?
