RegExpStatics are no longer in the context per bug 571355. The test should be written to cross a global boundary (i.e. iframe.contentWindow) and perform its checks there.

This test is still in the tree. I noticed it because it uses XPCSafeJSObjectWrapper which does not exist any more.

This is an XPConnect test so I'll move this back over there. I guess it was filed here because it was broken by a SpiderMonkey change.
