I download certificate, which cannot be validated and select an option to permanetly store the exception, but I'm prompted the same dialog again and again.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add mail.ee POP3 account with STARTTLS
2. Fetch mail
3. Make permanent exception to invalid certificate
4. Fetch mail again
Actual Results:  
Invalid certificate dialog keeps appearing

Expected Results:  
Permanent exception should hide the invalid certificate dialog for the account
