Chinese fonts on pages (specifically Facebook) render too small to read easily. Page renders fine on IE

This issue replicates even with all add-ons disabled.

Actual Results:  
Chinese character fonts display too small

Expected Results:  
Font size similar to IE, relative to the size of the non-Chinese font
