In investigating test timeouts it became useful to track how long each part of a test was taking. This gives us that and also adds the ability to name a test function for clarity in the logs.

Sounds good.

I'm also working on a patch to add stacktraces to browser-chrome tests (for both test faulures and timeouts), which should help a lot.
