In investigating test timeouts it became useful to track how long each part of a test was taking. This gives us that and also adds the ability to name a test function for clarity in the logs.

Comment on attachment 475152 [details] [diff] [review] patch rev 1 Sounds good. I'm also working on a patch to add stacktraces to browser-chrome tests (for both test faulures and timeouts), which should help a lot.
