Actual : &nbsp is on the page.

I replaced the HTML entity with a unicode "non-breaking space" character in the French .po file in r74560.

For reference: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Non-breaking_space

Doesn't look updated; do we need to run a script that recompiles the .po -> .mo?

Puede ser; its email-sending ability was disabled during the migration.

Verified FIXED on http://m.input.stage.mozilla.com/fr/happy and http://m.input.stage.mozilla.com/fr/sad, now that staging is updating again.
