steps to reproduce:
1.Upload a profile pic here- https://preview.addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/users/edit#user-profile
2.Check that the profile is saved- https://preview.addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/user/4339369/
3.Edit your user description.Save changes.
observed behavior:
Profile pic is deleted once the user edits their description.

I was able to update my description and my profile pic did not go away. But there is something weird going on about profile pics.I'll file a separate bug when I get a reliable set of STR.
verified fixed.
