steps to reproduce: 1.Search for "1g1g Music Bar" in en-US: https://preview.addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/search/?q=1g1g+Music+Bar&cat=all&lver=any&pid=1&sort=name&pp=20&lup=&advanced= 2.Search for the same add-on in zh-CN: https://preview.addons.mozilla.org/zh-CN/firefox/search/?q=1g1g+Music+Bar&cat=all&lver=any&pid=1&sort=name&pp=20&lup=&advanced= observed behavior: "1g1g Music Bar " has default locale-zh-CN. Searching in zh-CN finds the add-on but searching in en-us fails to find the add-on. related to bug 518618
