Crashes processed between the 1.8 release and approximately noon today did not have access to the symbol server.  Please reprocess these ASAP.

The time window is from 3.30pm PT yesterday, 9/14, to 12.50pm PT today, 9/15.

Attachment: Add specific hbaseclient method to allow resubmitting

Added method similar to submit_to_processor but optimized for resubmitting (i.e. doesn't look for processor status, doesn't try to delete from queues.

The processor url could be configurable, but that can come in a later iteration.

We have reprocessed crash reports from 1:59 on the 14th through 22:59 on the 14th.
Reprocessing will continue through the night. They should all have updated signatures shortly before midnight.

I am falling asleep.  It is almost done processing 2010-09-15 05:59 AM.  The remaining six hours will likely take an hour more to run.  I'm going to queue it up and check it in the morning.

All the crashes were successfully processed last night.
There is a separate task open to clean up the top crashers, but this part is done.
