**** observed with 2000-11-09 MN6 build ****
Steps to reproduce:
- send a web page to your account;
- forward this message as an attachment;
- save the attachment from the envelope;
- run the saved file (from Explorer or Browser);
//note: file saved from the envelope displays as html source (we had a bug
before but it was web page saving and this problem doesn't occur anymore)

I see this on linux too. Updating OS to ALL. tested with 031205 mozilla build
on redhat6.2
