STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1. Install "Add-on Compatibility Reporter", or "Targeted Advertising Cookie Opt-out", or some other add-on with a lot of content in its "show more information" page.
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/15003/
(Restart Firefox to complete add-on installation.)
2. Visit about:addons, and right-click the add-on and choose "Show more information"
3. Resize your browser to make it as tall as possible.
ACTUAL RESULTS: See screenshot -- the pane for the "show more information" window has limited height.

EXPECTED RESULTS: The "show more information" pane should grow to be as tall as your browser-window. (and its vertical scrollbar should go away when it's not needed anymore).
