When maximized, the Firefox button should fit into place with the tabs and the extra padding should be removed.

This way, moving the mouse all the way to the top of the screen can hit the tabs.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Shoot mouse to the top of the screen
2. Click
Actual Results:  
No tab is clicked

Expected Results:  
Tabs should be clickable
