597364 - Panorama App Tab icon remains after App Tab is closed

When I create an App Tab it will show as a small icon in the right hand side of the group in the Panorama view. When I close the App Tab, its icon is still visible in the Panorama group.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open a new window in Firefox
2.create three tabs with e.g. www.mozilla.com
3.convert one tab into an App Tab
4.switch to panorama view - note the App Tab is a small icon on the side of the group view.
5.switch to normal view and close the App Tab
6.return to panorama view and look at the icon of the App Tab
Actual Results:  
The App Tab icon is visible

Expected Results:  
The icon should not be there

App Tab icons in Panorama view should be removed as App Tabs are closed.
