win98 2000111004 - today, a folder in bookmarks only opens if I click on it, not
if I mouve my mouse over it.  Seems a recent regression, as this worked yesterday.

not sure if this is bookmarks or xp apps...
woops, this is not only bookmarks but in all menus, over to XPT menus

with a debug trunk mozilla build from 11/10/00 on win2k, this works fine for me.
i tried both the modern and classic skins.
