In my Win32 11/10/00 Mozilla debug Trunk build, when I drag the scrollbar elevator around in the subject pane's scrollbar, the subject pane never changes to reflect the new elevator position. This in combination with bug #59742 is making it really hard to read messages in a large INBOX. The only way to get the subject pane to scroll is to keep single clicking on the scrollbar's direction arrows. I'm not seeing this problem in the message pane or the browser, so it could be a tree problem?

possibly the timer changes that broke a lot of win32. Can you try this again, now that these changes are backed out.
sspitzer@netscape.com just backed out edburns@acm.org's changes to widget/timer/src/windows/nsTimer.cpp and it seems to fix this.
