User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; rv:2.0b6) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/4.0b6
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; rv:2.0b6) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/4.0b6

After restarting my computer to complete a Kaspersky update, the feedback button and other add-on icons I had placed on the tool bar(Download Helper and Chatzilla) disappeared. I have tried disabling and enabling the add-ons, as well as resetting my tool bar settings, but I cannot find a way to get the icons back.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Restart computer.
2.Launch Firefox 4 beta.
3.
Actual Results:
The feedback button and add-on icons disappeared.

Expected Results:
Firefox should have saved my tool bar settings.

I was using the Blood Simple theme (by maxicube), but it still happens with the default theme.
After restarting Firefox several times, the feedback button and icons returned.
