User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:2.0b7pre) Gecko/20100917 Firefox/4.0b7pre
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:2.0b7pre) Gecko/20100917 Firefox/4.0b7pre

The picture will show it all. When you use the arrow keys in the tab groups view, it glows the tab thumbnail. The title of the highlighted tab starts below the glow, but if there are two rows of tabs, the title of the tab above is (or at least can be) within the glow effect.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open a bunch of tabs
2. view documents with titles
3. go to group tabs
4. create a group and adjust size of group object so that tabs appear in two rows.
5. use arrow keys to select a tab in the 2nd row

Actual Results:
When I did this, I see the glow effect seems to be making the title of a different tab appear that it is the one selected.

Expected Results:
Either the title of the selected tab would be within the glowing area, or neither.
