Details
(Whiteboard: [AOMTestday][good first bug])
Build identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.6; rv:2.0b7pre) Gecko/20100917 Firefox/4.0b7pre Currently the AOM search field does not support the Paste & Search functionality that one would find in the search box right above it in chrome. To unify the Firefox experience, this search field should support this.

Which paste & search functionality? I don't see such an option to execute a search in one step in the search bar. Can you please be a bit more specific?

Haven't had todays build. So it's clear now. Thanks. Looks like it shouldn't be too hard to implement.

There's no common need to quickly search for addons. We're not going to add "paste and <action>" items to every text box for the sake of "unifying".
