(The wording is on the top of the insecure frame) What happens: I get a warning that matches form submission from a secure site (The wording is on the top of the secure frame)

I'm seeing a bug where the browser is telling me I've been redirected to an insecure page when I should instead see a mixed content warning. Since the top-level page is secure, the browser should be sending the insecure-from-secure warning. I am, however, getting the insecure-from-insecure warning.
