As a consequence an additional click to focus the window is required to print instead of allowing the user to just press enter to start a print job. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Press Ctrl-P 2. Try to press enter (to print) or Esc to cancel Actual Results: Pressing Enter or Escape has no effect as print dialog does not receive focus-. Expected Results: Print dialog should receive focus. Enter should start print job; Esc should close the dialog. This wasn't a problem in FF 3.6 (and I believe it also worked properly in earlier betas).

Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; rv:2.0b7pre) Gecko/20100927 Firefox/4.0b7pre Able to reproduce. After pressing Ctrl + P, print screen dialog box does not get the focus. Pressing Enter / Esc has not affect on the print screen dialog box. Only actions by mouse click works.
The problem seems to got a bit deeper: When starting Firefox, the new program window does not receive focus and I need to either click on the Window or Alt-Tab to a different task and then back to Firefox. This is still with Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; rv:2.0b6) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/4.0b6
Just tested with a new, clean profile and the problem (as well as the behavior in described in comment #3) is still there.

I also got the problem, still present in 4.0 beta8. Extremely annoying :(
does it happen in Mac or linux? (proper component) happens for me with vista. a secondary effect is alt/access keys don't work until you click in the dialog. oddly, thunderbird trunk is doing it right. Except if you do print from print preview.
