Build identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux i686; rv:2.0b7pre) Gecko/20100918 Firefox/4.0b7pre SeaMonkey/2.1b1pre After setting extensions.checkCompatibility.2.1b to false, extensions which were auto-disabled at startup (or recently installed in spite of a compatibility mismatch) now say "This addon will be enabled/installed when SeaMonkey is restarted", but there is no Restart button. See the first and fourth addons in the attached screenshot.

Anything in the error console? It seems to work ok for me. Also is that the default theme?

...ah, sorry, there is a "Restart now" link (not styled like a button, though IMO it ought to be) in extremely faint pale bluish on white, in the detail view only. This makes the bug less severe, but I think there ought to be a Restart button (or several) in the List view.

In the error console: a huge lot of warnings, mostly "CSS declaration dropped" for bugzilla.mozilla.org and addons.mozilla.org. One error, as follows: Error: too much recursion Source File: chrome://mozapps/content/extensions/extensions-content.js Line: 214

P.S., no this is KaiRo's "EarlyBlue" theme which advertises compatibility with this version. I'll try again in a moment with the default theme.

This is how it looks with the default theme. Still no restart button on the list view. Restart button (but styled like a link) is more visible in the detail view (not shown here). Steps to reproduce: 1. Make sure that one or more extensions with "incompatible" minVersion/maxVersion are installed in the profile 2. Make sure that extensions.checkCompatibility.<version> is absent or true. 3. Start the app. ---- the "incompatible" addons are auto-disabled 4. Toggle extensions.checkCompatibility.<version> to false by double-clicking it in about:config Actual results: To find the "Restart" button (which is styled like a link) you must double-click one of those extensions "which will be restarted". Expected result: The restart button(s) should be styled like buttons, and should be present not only in the detail view, but also in the list view entries for these same extensions.
