Steps to Reproduce --------------------------------------- 1.open few tabs and restart quickly 2.or close part af open tabs and restart quickly 3. What should have happened: --------------------------------------- all same tabs should reopen What actually happened: ---------------------------------------- only tabs before a last change were opened

Not all tabs are restored because session store is saving your session every few seconds, not saving it immediately.
If you restart or quit the browser normally, we save all your tabs. If you crash you might lose work from up to 15s ago. That's a compromise to not save and collect data immediately every time the session changes.
