User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9.1.13) Gecko/20100914 SeaMonkey/2.0.8 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9.1.13) Gecko/20100914 SeaMonkey/2.0.8 When you use the "Check this location for updates" feature and the bookmark code detects a change and displays the Confirm dialog box saying "The following web has been updated ... Would you like to display it?", if you click on the Cancel button, SeaMonkey still proceeds to display the bookmarked page. (Closing the dialog box (via the title-bar close button) also seems to proceed to displaying the bookmarked page.) Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Get into the state of having that "The following web page has been updated" dialog box open. Presumably: 1a. Bookmark some page. 1b. Set the "Check this location for updates" setting to check the page at some interval. 1c. Enable the "Open web page in a new window" notification open. 1d. Wait for the page to change or externally make it change, and then wait for SeaMonkey to notice the change. 2. Is that dialog box, click the Cancel button. Actual Results: 3. After the dialog box goes away, SeaMonkey opens a new window (or maybe a tab with other settings) displaying the bookmarked page. Expected Results: 3. After the dialog box goes away, nothing much should happen. I can't test this right now, but closing the window using the close-window icon in the title bar also yields the same behavior of displaying the page anyway. This bug existed in SeaMonkey 1.1.x.

The "Check this page for updates" option is being removed in SeaMonkey 2.1, so we'll probably not fix this one. Sorry.
