A Script runs too long, browser becomes unresponsive.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. go to http://maps.google.com/maps?ll=-16.803226,-180.0
2. unresponsive


Expected Results:  
maybe see that a script takes too long and get a dialog asking me to abort it.

It seems like my dom.max_script_run_time setting (1800 seconds, why had I done that?) had caused the unresponsiveness, which I was able to see only with a new profile.
