Details

1. Visit the url (http://dxr.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/extensions/spellcheck/src/mozEnglishWordUtils.h.html#l56)
2. Mouse over the any code lines
3. Watch the highlighted line shift down slightly, and shift up when it becomes unhighlighted

Given that I don't see this behaviour in Chromium, I suspect a Firefox bug rather than a JS programming error.  Observed using a trunk build from last Friday.
FWIW, I'm not seeing this behaviour in b6.
