'Tab' characters are always inserted at the end of <editor> field even if they are typed among previously written text.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open https://bug577240.bugzilla.mozilla.org/attachment.cgi?id=456260
2. Type abc<RETURN>def
3. Locate cursor after 'c' symbol
4. Insert 'tab' character (press 'Tab' key or click "insert tab" button)
Actual Results:  
Cursor at the end of second line (i. e. at the end of the <editor> field)

Expected Results:  
Cursor at the end of first line
