If you search for "matches" under bugzilla's advanced search, you get this
illegal search error:

The "content" field can only be used with "matches" search and the "matches"
search can only be used with the "content" field.

The simple search works fine.

1. Go to advanced search
2. Search for "matches"
Actual Results:  
The "content" field can only be used with "matches" search and the "matches"
search can only be used with the "content" field.

Expected Results:  
search results for bugs with "matches" in the content
