Details

The bookmark (star) icon and RSS icons are covered by the new link URL info pop-up. This is okay normally, but when a link has focus, this makes it impossible to access these two functions without first clicking away from the link. This happens when tabbing to links, and even more commonly, when opening links in new tabs/windows using the middle click. These icons should not be obscured.

This isn't strictly a duplicate. The other behavior can still persist (for accessibility reasons or otherwise) as long the URL doesn't hide the buttons.

this is invalid from quite some time, we moved the link url to bottom left of the content area.
