The windows desktop fennec nightlies are busted because configure dies on not finding yasm. Either the build setup should find yasm (surprised that it doesn't), or we should --disable-webm, or build with --disable-compile-environment (not sure if we need mar stuff on desktop fennec).
Seems to only affect the mw32-ix-slave... slaves. win32-slave... builds fine.

mw32-ix-slave20 had no yasm installed (OPSI reported the opposite). Reinstall forced. After reboot yasm became available. I also checked other ix slaves manually (02-25) for yasm installed.
